Refund & Exchange Policy

We are want you to be happy with your order and offer a refund or an exchange on all items that are faulty - this rarely happens but if there is an occasion that your item isn't quite right we will sort it. 

We offer exchanges on all items that are non personalised, if your item doesn't fit you can message us to arrange an exchange. 

We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on personalised items so please check the measurements and details.
