Terms and Conditions
We are a small business, and while we try our hardest to stock every options, colour and size, the reality is my poor office can only hold so much stock, therefore we order our stock in as we need it in smaller quantities. We have a great relationship with our suppliers but sometimes they go out of stock of products which means we can't fulfil our orders. In this eventuality, we will get in touch straight away with either an estimate of when this item will become available or an alternative option. You can also contact us prior to ordering to check stock levels.
All items are made from scratch, therefore, turn around is approximately 10-14 working days, however, if an order is completed before we will ship out as soon as we can, we aim to do this as much as possible - no one likes to wait for their goodies! If you need an item for a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to priorities that order.
Sadly personalised and bespoke items are non-refundable and spellings of names should be double checked before check out. If in doubt get in touch and we can confirm the order.
